PRICES

Each job is uniquely different. As a starting price, we keep our square foot charge fairly simple for floors and walls. The price changes with the complexity, design and size of the tile used, as well as the complexity of the prep work. As a guide, we’ve included our base prices below.

FLOORS

$11 Per Sq Ft

This is the base price for 12 X 24 and 12 X 12 tile on a straight brick set, or 1/3 offset pattern. As the tile size or intricacy of design increases or decreases, the price increases to reflect the time and difficulty of the layout. Before any job starts, we’ll sit down with you and discuss your vision for your project and solidify any pricing before the work begins.

WALLS

$16 Per Sq Ft

Similar to the floor tile base price, this price is for 12 X 24 and 12 X 12 tile set on walls in a straight brick set or 1/3 offset pattern. If the tile size is smaller or larger than the base sizes, the price increases.

ADDITIONALS

Prices also very depending upon distance from Idaho Falls, which is home base. Expect a minimum $3 increase or more per SQ FT for jobs in Victor, Driggs, Jackson etc.

Additional costs will be discussed during the design/consultation stage. There are many factors that change the total cost of custom tile work. Some of these items include:

Shower pan installation

Niches, shelves and nooks in the shower

Decorative striping throughout the shower

Diagonal or On-Point tile work

Mosaic tile work

Custom sink design and build

Sanded, un-sanded or epoxy grout

Square or linear drains

Wall sprayers/Body jets

Benches

In shower shaving shelves

Radiant floor heating

Curb-less shower entry/Level entry

Remodeling or tear-out of existing materials
